- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warm hospitality
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate housekeeping services for public areas and guest rooms
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with proactive problem-solving
- Perform nightly audits and financial reconciliation tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Availability to work flexible nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of property management systems
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
