Responsibilities
- Perform front desk check-ins and check-outs for arriving and departing guests efficiently.
- Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff, including conducting security patrols of the facility.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports accurately.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties and room readiness checks to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Communicate effectively with day staff to ensure seamless handover of guest information.
- Assist with concierge services and local area recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Background check and drug screening required.
