Responsibilities
- Monitor the lobby area and hotel premises to ensure maximum security and guest safety at all times.
- Assist guests with the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and professionally.
- Answer incoming phone calls, manage reservations, and address guest inquiries with a polite demeanor.
- Perform nightly security rounds and report any maintenance issues or irregularities immediately.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit cards, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure the front desk area and common spaces are tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with day shift management to ensure a smooth transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or security is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management software.
- Reliable transportation is a must for this position.
