Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 front desk coverage with check-in/check-out procedures
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest emergencies
- Coordinate housekeeping services for overnight room turnovers
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Execute end-of-day financial reconciliation and reporting
- Oversee valet and parking operations during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience required
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Colorado driver's license for valet operations
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
