Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are immaculate, tidy, and well-stocked.
- Strip and make beds according to hotel standards and luxury linens protocols.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) in guest rooms.
- Respond promptly to room service requests and special guest inquiries.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
- Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
