Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and resolve any billing discrepancies or credit card issues.
- Maintain the lobby area to ensure a clean, welcoming, and organized environment.
- Assist with concierge services, providing recommendations for local dining and attractions.
- Uphold strict security protocols and safety standards for all guests and staff.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
