Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for late-night guests.
- Monitor hotel security systems and patrol common areas to ensure guest safety.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, maintenance requests, and emergency situations.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas during off-hours.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions with accuracy.
- Perform light housekeeping duties in the lobby and office areas.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience.
