Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts during overnight hours
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergencies
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform nightly lobby and public area inspections
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
- Valid driver's license (if valet duties required)
