Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, check-ins/check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle emergency situations and resolve guest complaints promptly
- Monitor surveillance systems and ensure property safety
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling
- Prepare shift reports and communicate with day staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Valid New York State security guard license preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish or Mandarin a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
