Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and assistance during late-night hours.
- Ensure the cleanliness, security, and safety of all hotel areas, including lobbies, corridors, and public spaces.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries.
- Monitor building systems and respond to any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Assist with room preparation and turnover services as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure a seamless transition between shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or shift work is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
