Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests during overnight hours
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest requests
- Perform light housekeeping duties in public areas
- Handle basic maintenance issues and escalate when necessary
- Process payments and manage cash drawer
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy
- Flexible schedule availability (overnights, weekends)
- Valid Texas driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
