Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to exceed revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and cross-train 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and health/safety regulations
- Analyze financial reports and optimize operational budgets
- Coordinate with sales team for corporate/group bookings
- Drive guest satisfaction scores above industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven P&L management and revenue optimization skills
- Valid California Food Handler and ServSafe certifications
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong knowledge of Opera/PMS and hospitality tech systems
- BS/BA in Hospitality Management or related field
- Excellent command of English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
