Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance including check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Perform nightly room inspections and coordinate with housekeeping teams
- Manage reservations and handle high-volume phone inquiries
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Oversee valet services and parking operations
- Collaborate with security team for incident prevention
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience required
- Valid California driver's license (if handling valet duties)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
