- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Guest Assistance: Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently, directing them to the appropriate departments or resources.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
- Support Operations: Provide general support to front desk operations and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth daily hotel functions.
- Problem Resolution: Address minor guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management while maintaining a positive demeanor.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; a passion for hospitality is essential.
