Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations with precision, including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Monitor property security and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests during overnight hours
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate issues as needed
- Perform nightly audits and prepare operational reports for management
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout common areas
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for seamless transition of responsibilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Flexible schedule availability (overnight shifts, weekends, holidays)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., PMS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
