Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries during overnight shifts
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight service requests
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct nightly property inspections to ensure safety standards
- Assist with valet services and guest transportation coordination
- Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license with clean record (for valet duties)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency in hotel management software (Opera/Micros)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly valued
