Responsibilities
- Deliver 24/7 guest services including check-ins, check-outs, and special requests during overnight hours
- Monitor property security and respond to emergencies following established protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams for seamless operations
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle VIP arrivals and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Conduct nightly property inspections to ensure safety standards are met
- Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish/English highly valued
- Basic knowledge of San Diego attractions and transportation networks
