Responsibilities
- Execute guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth during overnight hours
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest requests 24/5
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of public areas and guest rooms
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) with minimal supervision
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for urgent issues
- Prepare guest rooms for next-day arrivals with attention to detail
- Assist with valet parking and luggage services during late-night arrivals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience required
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent English communication skills; bilingual a plus
