Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during evening and overnight hours
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest safety concerns
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily reports
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and professionally
- Maintain detailed logs of incidents and guest communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for errands)
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Fluent English; Spanish proficiency a plus
