Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional greetings to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Maintain the pristine condition of guest rooms, public areas, and the hotel lobby to meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations, restaurant reservations, and transportation arrangements.
- Handle incoming inquiries and requests from guests promptly and efficiently via phone, email, or in-person.
- Support the front desk team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing reservations.
- Ensure strict adherence to all hotel policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or the hotel industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and reservation systems.
