Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Monitor hotel security protocols and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests and operational needs
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally according to hotel procedures
- Prepare and maintain accurate shift reports and documentation
- Assist with valet services and manage parking operations during night shift
- Collaborate with management to optimize overnight service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule
- Basic computer proficiency with knowledge of hotel management systems
- Valid driver's license required for valet positions
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
