Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/out and throughout stays
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local tourism ambassador with area knowledge
- Maintain security protocols and guest confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Multilingual skills (Spanish/French) highly valued
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
