Responsibilities
- Oversee all overnight hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and security teams
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts and resolve service issues with exceptional professionalism
- Coordinate with day shift staff for seamless transition of critical information
- Monitor property safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Supervise and mentor night shift staff to maintain service excellence
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports and operational summaries
- Optimize occupancy and revenue opportunities during overnight hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel/hospitality experience with supervisory background
- Proven leadership and team management skills in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong knowledge of hotel PMS systems and operational procedures
- Ability to remain calm and decisive during emergency situations
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
