Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to company standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and ready.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them immediately.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish furniture and fixtures throughout the property.
- Follow proper chemical handling and safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during night operations.
- Organize linen closets and storage areas efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends.
