Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms and common areas to exceed hospitality standards
- Operate industrial-grade cleaning equipment and use approved sanitizing protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Follow safety procedures for chemical handling and emergency protocols
- Complete detailed inspection checklists to ensure room readiness
- Collaborate with overnight security and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs consistently
- Valid work authorization and clean background check
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, including weekends/holidays
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and guest interactions
