Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces to exceed industry standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning procedures
- Coordinate with security team for secure access during overnight operations
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and room status updates
- Provide exceptional service to overnight guests with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborate with overnight staff to ensure seamless property operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional housekeeping experience in hospitality or commercial settings
- Availability to work flexible overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid New York State driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical safety
- Fluent English communication skills
- Background check and drug screening required
