Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas using industry-standard techniques
- Manage laundry operations including sorting, washing, pressing, and quality inspection
- Stock and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies according to inventory protocols
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and maintain sanitization standards
- Document maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering teams for timely resolution
- Adhere to safety procedures and OSHA compliance protocols
- Complete detailed inspection checklists for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with meticulous organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Professional demeanor with excellent time management
