Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and polishing surfaces
- Service public areas including lobbies, elevators, and restrooms to brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental sustainability practices
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize room assignments and special requests
- Complete detailed inspection checklists to ensure 100% quality compliance
- Handle guest lost-and-found items following established procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Basic English proficiency for team communication and guest interactions
- Knowledge of OSHA sanitation standards and eco-friendly cleaning methods
