Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, and common areas following industry protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Operate professional-grade equipment (floor buffers, extractors, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards including OSHA and CDC guidelines
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists to ensure 5-star quality standards
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic English proficiency for safety protocols and guest interactions
- Knowledge of green cleaning practices preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
