Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Restock and replenish amenities, including toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies, to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Inspect facilities for maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly to the management team.
- Maintain strict adherence to all health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols.
- Manage your schedule efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within the designated night shift timeframe.
- Ensure all entryways and exits are clear and safe for guests and staff during the night.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be able to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte, NC location.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
