Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas during the night shift.
- Change bed linens, replenish toiletries, and ensure rooms are fully stocked with amenities.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken amenities to the management team immediately.
- Handle laundry tasks and ensure proper organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
- Deliver exceptional service by addressing guest requests and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Assist in the preparation of the facility for the morning shift.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality setting is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong focus on safety.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
