Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedding, surfaces, and bathrooms
- Stock amenities and replenish supplies to ensure premium guest experiences
- Deep clean common areas, lobbies, and high-touch surfaces during off-peak hours
- Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and safety standards per CDC guidelines
- Report maintenance issues and inventory discrepancies promptly
- Coordinate with front desk for room readiness and special requests
- Maintain organized supply closets and cleaning equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Background check and drug screening required
