Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone inquiries and respond to guest emails with professionalism and promptness.
- Assist with room assignments, lobby management, and ensuring the common areas are pristine.
- Handle guest complaints or requests immediately, escalating complex issues to the Manager.
- Process payments accurately and maintain detailed transaction records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Support special events and catering functions as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
