Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to meet luxury hotel standards.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, linens) and ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols strictly, including the use of cleaning chemicals.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with hotel staff and guests.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
