Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas are spotless, tidy, and inviting at all times.
- Strip and make beds with meticulous attention to linens and finishing touches.
- Restock amenities, including soap, shampoo, and towels, ensuring a complete guest experience.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and professional uniform appearance.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and chemical safety procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in workmanship.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation is required.
