Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to strict quality standards and checklists.
- Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, and ensure all amenities are stocked and presentable.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the property, including hallways, stairwells, and laundry areas.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas and sort linens for washing.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and company policies during the night shift.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff during your shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
- Basic English proficiency for effective communication.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.
