Responsibilities
- Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Bedding & Linens: Make beds to hotel-standard quality, fluff pillows, and ensure linens are fresh and tidy.
- Amenities Management: Restock toiletries, coffee, and other amenities to maintain high service standards.
- Sanitation: Follow strict health and safety protocols to sanitize surfaces and reduce cross-contamination.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We offer comprehensive on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
