Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, ensuring 5-star standards for linens, surfaces, and amenities
- Service high-traffic areas like lobbies, restrooms, and meeting spaces during overnight hours
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and eco-friendly sustainability practices
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists before guest arrival
- Collaborate with security team for guest safety during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs regularly
- Valid Texas driver's license (for supply runs if needed)
- Fluent English with strong attention to detail
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Certification in bloodborne pathogen handling preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
