What You Will Do:
As a Night Shift Housekeeper, you are the guardian of our guests' comfort. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are spotless, sanitized, and inviting. We value self-motivated individuals who can work independently while adhering to our strict quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchenettes.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and coffee supplies to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items, reporting them promptly to the Housekeeping Office.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment by following all safety protocols and sanitation guidelines.
- Organize linen closets and storage areas efficiently.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special guest requests as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Uphold the company's brand image through professional conduct and high-quality work.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
