Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas according to strict brand standards.
- Ensure all linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for the next day.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a safe, hazard-free environment.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
- Report maintenance issues or lost and found items to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
