Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and lobby management during evening hours.
- Perform comprehensive night audits to verify daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts accurately.
- Maintain strict security protocols and fire safety compliance across the property to ensure guest safety.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Coordinate with the morning shift team to prepare daily reports, key handovers, and operational briefings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality management certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Fidelio.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a quiet, overnight environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, polished demeanor at all times.
