Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls during the night shift.
- Monitor security systems and conduct rounds of the property to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on problem resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address urgent guest needs and room issues.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports and incident logs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure environment in all public areas.
- Support and train night staff members to ensure high service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hotel management, front desk, or housekeeping is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
