Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all night shift operations, ensuring the property is secure, clean, and fully functional 24/7.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure a memorable stay and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Staff Management: Supervise, train, and schedule night shift staff, including Front Desk Agents and Housekeeping personnel.
- Security & Safety: Monitor security systems, conduct nightly patrols, and enforce all safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and order nightly supplies, ensuring the Front Desk and lobby areas are fully stocked.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports regarding incident logs, maintenance requests, and staff performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, front desk, or a related hospitality role.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and maintain high standards of service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
