Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping operations for 20+ guest rooms and common areas
- Train and supervise 8-10 housekeeping staff members
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain cleanliness standards
- Inventory and order supplies while managing departmental budgets
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest requests and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel housekeeping supervisory experience
- Valid California driver's license (San Diego position) or NY State ID (NY position)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Must pass background check and drug screening
