We are currently seeking a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team. As the Night Shift Supervisor, you will be the face of our hotel during the overnight hours, ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service while maintaining operational excellence. You will oversee the front desk, manage security protocols, and support the housekeeping team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services during the night shift.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries promptly to ensure high satisfaction ratings and loyalty.
- Monitor building security systems and fire safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared for the next day's arrivals.
- Prepare and review nightly operational reports, including occupancy rates and revenue summaries.
- Maintain accurate inventory of front office supplies and amenities.
- Train and mentor junior staff members during the shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) such as Opera or Cloudbeds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in high-pressure situations.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
