Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff and night security personnel.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes for late-night arrivals with a focus on premium guest service.
- Conduct regular safety and security patrols of the entire property to ensure guest and asset safety.
- Resolve guest complaints or emergencies efficiently and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Oversee the night audit process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and reconciled.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and order in the lobby, common areas, and restrooms.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any facility issues that arise during the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory experience in a night shift capacity is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Valid Driverβs License and a clean driving record.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
