Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Execute check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services for late-arriving and early-morning guests.
- Financial Reconciliation: Accurately process credit card payments and reconcile daily financial transactions using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Guest Relations: Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Night Security: Monitor the property to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and assets throughout the shift.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit the end-of-day shift report and complete the night audit to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Experience: High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality or front desk experience is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Open Hotel).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling financial data and guest information.
