Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Handle luggage storage and guest transportation arrangements.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns with patience and empathy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hospitality experience is necessary; attitude and reliability are key.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
