Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a professional and warm demeanor.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones and directing calls.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and maintain accurate registration data in property management systems.
- Ensure the reception area and lobby are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
