Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional check-in and check-out services for all guests.
- Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and assist with guest inquiries efficiently.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
